What shipping methods are available?
In Italy we deliver our products by post or express courier. We deliver abroad by selected express courier only which allows us to deliver our products in perfect conditions in a short amount of time. Your order would normally be sent within 15 days.
Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the product you have chosen, the country of destination, the type of delivery (air, road etc.) and whether or not the goods need to have special packaging particulary with wooden crates (for example antique products).
Delivery costs appear auomatically on your screen when you make a purchase.
Is an international shipment possible?
We deliver abroad by selected express courier only which allows us to deliver our products in perfect conditions in a short amount of time.
IMPORTANT: Customers from outside the European Community (EXTRA EEC) and Custom’s charges: All customers from outside the EEC must pay a custom’s charge on the arrival of their goods. These charges can vary according to the goods ordered.

Which payment methods are accepted?
It is possible to pay the order with Paypal or VISA credit card, MASTERCARD or through PAGOBANCOMAT. The confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated during registration.The prices of our products are in euros and the amount debited from your account will be in euros whichever country you are buying from and whatever the currency your account is in.
You will not be able to cancel your order true our site after our confirmation.
Is it safe to buy on our site?
All of our transactions are made through servers protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your credit card details will be processed by Paypal, who acts as a payment gateway and guarantees maximun security when dealing with your details. Our company has no access whatsoever to these details and cannot be held responsible for their use. How to place an order?
All products in our on-line shop are grouped in categories in order to help make your choice easier. You can also use our site’s search engine to find the product of your interest. Each product is represented by a picture, a brief description and the sale price (VAT included). By clicking on “add to your cart” the selected product will be added to your sale cart which is updated after each change. All products are covered by our guarantee.
How can i cancel my order?
You can for any reason cancel your order before our order confirmation. In addition your order can be canceled before it is shipped but no later than 14 days from confirmation, by contacting us at the following addresses:

What happens if a product I ordered is not available?
Due to the workmanship and uniqueness of our products it is possible that they are not always available. In this case you will be contacted by our Customer Care and if necessary your order will be canceled.
How can i track my order?
Our customer service tracks every delivery and in the case of a delay the customer will be informed.
You can track your order on our site in the “Order Tracking” section after login in our website. Once you have been sent an e-mail to confirm your delivery, you can track it on line. This feature is offered in collaboration with the courier company that delivers our products.
How can I return a damaged product?
All of our products are packaged and delivered with utmost care. If products are faulty or damaged during transport please contact our customer care immediately (within ten days of delivery date) who will help you to return the product and obtain a refund.
